about
Bobby Knox and Diana Urbinati; are two siblings born and raised in Long Island, NY, who moved together with their parents to Montgomeryville, PA more than 20 years ago. Bobby and his children, along with Diana's husband, Scott and their children, have grown to love and appreciate all that this area has to offer. Because of that appreciation, we want to provide a place for our customers where anyone and everyone can feel like they are 'part of the family'.

Having worked and lived in the immediate area for over two decades while raising our families, we feel very connected to this community. The rustic farmhouse theme is much more than cosmetic. Farmhouse, to us, represents hard work and family tradition, which can be found even in the recipe of our bagels.

It's a family tradition!
Our Uncle Carmine & Aunt Margaret have been making the same well-known bagels for over 30 years. They've successfully opened and run bagel cafes along the East Coast. Our admiration for what they have built, together with their support and encouragement have inspired us to make Bagel Barn Cafe a focal point in this local community.
